Leading Indonesian law firm Hiswara Bunjamin & Tandjung has promoted Paskalia Deviani and Astri Widita Kusumowidagdo as partners, reflecting the continued growth of the firm’s market-leading practices. The promotions take effect 1 May 2026.

Astri is a corporate lawyer specialising in M&A and the real estate sector, while Paskalia is a projects, energy and infrastructure lawyer.

Astri Widita Kusumowidagdo, Partner, Hiswara Bunjamin & Tandjung

Astri advises international and Indonesian clients on public and private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate and regulatory matters across industry sectors. She often acts on complex, cross-border transactions and has a particular strength in Indonesian real estate, where she handles digital infrastructure projects and other investments. Astri holds a law degree from the University of Indonesia and is admitted to practise in Indonesia. She is fluent in English and Indonesian.

Paskalia Deviani, Partner, Hiswara Bunjamin & Tandjung

Paskalia advises on M&A transactions and project developments in the energy, natural resources and infrastructure sectors. She has extensive knowledge in critical minerals, upstream and downstream oil and gas, renewable energy, and toll roads, and has assisted domestic and multinational clients on major projects and transactions. Recognised by IFLR1000 as a Rising Star for both M&A and project development, Paskalia holds a law degree from University of Indonesia, is a Peradi-qualified advocate, and is fluent in both English and Indonesian.
