Arman advises on energy, mining and infrastructure project development, construction and financing, joint ventures and investments.
Previously seconded to Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer’s Singapore office, Aditya's main industry focuses are oil and gas (including bio-oil/bio-gas products), both conventional and renewable power, mining for coal and other minerals, and public and private infrastructure. He has extensive knowledge of environmental, social and governance (ESG) aspects of these industries.
Arman is recognised as a Leading Associate for Projects & Energy by Legal500 and a Rising Star for Project Development by IFLR1000.

- PT Pertamina Rosneft Pengolahan dan Petrokimia – a joint venture between Indonesia's state-owned oil and gas company and Rosneft – on the reportedly US$16 billion development, construction and financing of "Grass Root Refinery and Petrochemical Complex" project at Tuban, Indonesia
- Norfund and Swedfund on their successful minority investment in a PE solar PV company, Xurya, Pte. Ltd., which has Indonesian project companies leasing and providing O&M business, by way of subscription of new preference shares
- Chevron International on the successful disposal to Eni of its upstream oil and gas interests in the Indonesian Deepwater Project, consisting of Rapak, Ganal and Makassar Straits Indonesian Production Sharing Contracts
- DP World on its investment together with the Indonesia Investment Authority (INA) in development, management and expansion of the international port at Belawan, Indonesia
- Amman Mineral Internasional Tbk – the concession holder of Batu Hijau mine, formerly known as PT Newmont Nusa Tenggara – on its US$715.81 million IPO and listing on the IDX (Southeast Asia IPO Deal of the Year, FinanceAsia Achievement Awards 2023)
- a syndication of lenders led by Bank Mandiri on project financing through a US$277.6 million term loan the development of an RKEF laterite nickel ore processing facility by PT Ceria Metalindo Prima, a national strategic downstream project in Indonesia
- Fortum on its proposed greenfield development of the first waste-to-energy plant in Indonesia in Sunter, Jakarta in cooperation with a regional-owned enterprise, including the power purchase agreement and joint venture, waste supply, financing and other operational arrangements

Arman is a law graduate of Universitas Padjadjaran in Bandung and is admitted to practise in Indonesia. He joined the firm in 2013 after working at another law firm specialising in energy and natural resources.
