Cellia is currently on a long-term secondment at Hiswara Bunjamin Tandjung (HBT), a leading Indonesian commercial and corporate law firm in Jakarta where she acts as an International Counsel. She specialises in cross-border public and private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and foreign investment transactions across sectors, including consumer products, financial services and real estate and has advised clients through the various processes, systems and legal issues involved in conducting business in Indonesia. Cellia is adept at navigating the challenges of cross-cultural workplaces and is fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, English and French.
Cellia is admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in Australia and graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from the Australian National University as well as a Bachelor of Laws (Maîtrise en Droit) and Master of Laws (Diplôme d'Etudes Approfondies) in law of international economic relations from the Université de Panthéon-Assas (Paris II).
