Fransiska is a senior associate in our corporate M&A practice specialising in financial services and the fintech sector.
Her practice spans both transactional and advisory work. On the transactional side, she advises on public and private M&A, strategic investments and corporate restructurings. Her advisory experience includes advising financial institutions on market entry, business operations and commercial contracts, product launches and licensing.
She advises a broad range of clients, including financial institutions, financial buyers and business conglomerates.
