Ivina focuses on equity capital markets and public M&A transactions, and the financial services sector in particular, including securities companies.
Ivina has extensive experience in Indonesian IPOs and other equity securities transactions, often including cross-border offerings. She also has in-depth experience in debt securities offerings involving a listing on the Indonesian Stock Exchange.
She is experienced in a wide range of capital market and other transactions involving Indonesian public companies. This helps her to give her clients, which include investment banks, financial institutions and multinationals, practical solutions when dealing with Indonesia’s financial services regulator.

- Uni-Charm Indonesia Tbk, a leading health care manufacturer company on its domestic IPO and Regulation S international offering
- Bank UOB Indonesia, an Indonesian bank, in relation to its domestic shelf registration offering programme (penawaran umum berkelanjutan) of senior and subordinated debt
- Omni Healthcare, an Indonesian hospital group, on the sale of its controlling stake in hospital operator Sarana Meditama Metropolitan Tbk to PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk (Emtek), one of Indonesia’s largest media and tech solutions companies, which has been expanding its portfolio to include healthcare operations
Background
Ivina joined HBT in 2015 after working on debt and equity capital market and M&A transactions at another prominent firm in Jakarta. She holds a Master’s degree in International Business Law from the University of Tilburg in the Netherlands and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Indonesia. She was seconded to Herbert Smith Freehills Singapore in 2017-2018. Ivina is fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
