Mira advises a broad range of clients on their transactions and operations in Indonesia, focusing on the financial services sector. Her clients include banks, insurance companies, asset managers, multi-finance and P2P companies. In addition to advising on M&A and other corporate transactions, she also advises on regulatory matters.
Mira is recognised as an Associate-to-Watch for Corporate/M&A in Indonesia by Chambers, with clients describing her as "a very reliable lawyer providing excellent advice in a timely manner" and "able to deliver comprehensive and high-quality deliverables."

- Citi on the sale of its Indonesian consumer banking division to Bank UOB Indonesia, as part of the sale of its six consumer banking franchises in Southeast Asia and EMEA
- Kasikornbank on its acquisition of a majority stake in Bank Maspion through a combination of the purchase of secondary shares and participation in a rights issue
- FWD Group on its significant minority stake in PT Asuransi BRI Life, the life insurance arm of state-owned Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), and on a long-term bancassurance agreement between BRI and BRI Life
- Commonwealth Bank of Australia on the auction sale of its Indonesian life insurance business, PT Commonwealth Life, to the FWD Group and on related bancassurance arrangements
- AXA on its acquisition from Bank Mandiri of a 40% stake in PT AXA Insurance Indonesia – previously PT Mandiri AXA General Insurance (MAGI) – and on the subsequent merger of MAGI with AXA's other general insurance company

Background
Mira holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Trisakti University in Jakarta and an LLM from Georgetown University in Washington, DC. Prior to joining HBT, she worked at two other law firms in Indonesia.
