Teguh is a corporate transactional lawyer. He has advised Indonesian and international clients on the most complex M&A transactions in the fastest growing sectors of the Indonesian economy. Teguh joined the firm in 2009 following his graduation with a bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Indonesia, majoring in Business Law. He has previously been seconded in Herbert Smith Freehills’ Singapore office and has also worked for another international law firm in its Jakarta office.
